By using OnDoorService website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Service Terms

• Services are provided on an as-available basis in supported cities
• Service charges are quoted upfront before repair begins. Additional charges apply only if extra parts or work is needed, with your approval
• Our technicians will carry valid ID cards. Please verify before allowing entry

Payment Policy

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, UPI, and online bank transfers
• Service charges are non-refundable once the repair is completed
• Inspection charges (if applicable) are adjusted against the repair cost if you proceed

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Late cancellations may attract a nominal charge of ₹99
• No-shows (technician arrives but access is denied) will be charged ₹199

Limitation of Liability

• OnDoorService is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not reported during diagnosis
• Our liability is limited to the service charges paid for the specific repair
• We are not responsible for damage caused by power surges, water damage, or misuse after repair

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and issue
• Ensure safe access to the appliance for our technicians
• Review and approve the quote before repair begins

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
